  • Silicone rubber sheet is a high-performance elastic material made of high-purity silicone rubber as the main raw material through a high-temperature calendering or molding process. It has excellent physical properties and chemical stability and is widely used in industrial sealing, electronics, electrical appliances, food and medicine and other fields. Silicone rubber sheet can work stably for a long time in the range of -60℃ to +250℃, and some special formulas can reach +300℃, which is suitable for extreme environments. It remains soft even at low temperatures and has good resistance to permanent compression deformation. Silicone rubber has excellent dielectric properties and is an ideal insulating material. Ozone, aging and UV resistance: It is not easy to age and crack outdoors or in strong light environments, extending its service life.

It complies with food contact safety certification standards such as FDA and LFGB, and is suitable for food machinery and medical equipment seals. Resistant to most acids, alkalis, salts, oils and some solvents, suitable for complex working conditions.

Sealing gaskets, such as flange gaskets, electrical sealing gaskets, mechanical sealing strips, etc., are used to prevent gas and liquid leakage.
