Excellent air tightness: Butyl rubber sheet is particularly suitable for manufacturing sealing gaskets and seals in vacuum equipment due to its tight molecular structure and extremely low permeability.
Strong weather resistance: It can be exposed to sunlight, ozone and atmosphere for a long time without cracking or performance degradation, and is suitable for outdoor use.
Excellent acid and alkali resistance: It has strong tolerance to a variety of acids, alkalis and salts, and exhibits stable physical and chemical properties in the chemical industry.
Both heat resistance and low temperature resistance: It is suitable for environments from -40℃ to +120℃, with good thermal stability and low temperature flexibility.
Butyl rubber sheets are widely used in building waterproofing projects (such as basement and roof waterproofing), automotive industry (such as inner tubes, sealing strips), chemical equipment (such as corrosion-resistant gaskets, tank linings), electrical insulation and various sealing occasions with high airtightness requirements.
