Describe

· It is composed of five(six)-roll calender, a multiple-roll lead device and an auxiliary cooling device, etc.
· The system is suitable for the production of Rigid PVC film rolls in the thickness of 0.06-1.20mm with a thickness tolerance ≤0.01. We can also supply the special system that can produce Rigid PVC film rolls in a thickness of only 0.02mm with a thickness tolerance ≤ 0.003.
· Calendar roll adopts independent or combination driving in conjunction with a special hard gear reducer; Options include preload,anti-curving device and hydraulic axle crossover device.
· Each drive motor of the calendar set can be individually regulated or jointly follow-up regulated.
