· It is composed of a five-roll calender, cooling device,auto-cutting &winding up device, etc.
· This system is suitable for the production of PVC soft film,semi-hard color film rolls in the thickness range of 0.05-0.60mm with a thickness tolerance ≤ 0.01mm.
· Calendar roll adopts independent or combination driving in conjunction with special hard gear ·reducer; Options include preload,anti-curving device, and hydraulic axle crossover device.
