Solid Tire Vulcanizing Press

A solid tire vulcanizer is a hydraulic mechanical device dedicated to the molding and vulcanization of solid rubber tires. It heats the unvulcanized rubber material through high temperature and high pressure to induce a cross-linking reaction, and finally forms a finished tire with excellent physical properties and a stable geometric shape.
Main frame structure: a high-strength cast steel or welded steel structure is used to ensure stable pressure.
Heating plate system: high-temperature heat transfer oil or steam is introduced into the interior to ensure uniform heating.
Hydraulic system: provides strong mold clamping pressure to ensure that the tire is dense and free of bubbles.
Electrical control system: PLC+touch screen intelligent control to achieve fully automatic adjustment of temperature, time, and pressure.
Safety protection system: equipped with emergency braking, over-temperature alarm, pressure overload protection and other functions.
