SBR Rubber Sheet

  • Styrene-butadiene rubber sheet (SBR rubber sheet) is a synthetic rubber sheet made of copolymerization of butadiene and styrene. It has good physical and mechanical properties, wear resistance and elasticity. It is one of the most widely used general rubber materials. Due to its high cost-effectiveness and good processing performance, it is widely used in industrial sealing, shock absorption, anti-skid and other fields.

SBR rubber has high wear resistance and is suitable for manufacturing high-friction parts such as floor mats and mechanical gaskets.
Excellent elasticity and impact resistance
It has a rebound performance similar to that of natural rubber and is suitable for shock absorption and buffering materials.
Good tear resistance and tensile strength
It has good mechanical stability at room temperature and is not easy to be torn and deformed.
Excellent processability and adhesion
It is easy to bond with materials such as metals and fabrics, and is also suitable for various molding methods such as calendering and molding.
SBR is not resistant to mineral oil and lubricating oil, and is not recommended for occasions where it comes into contact with oil.
